Shipping policy

You will receive an email notification containing your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. If you didn’t receive your tracking number via email, please check your spam folder. If you’re unable to find your tracking code please fill out our contact form.

Please allow 1–2 business days to prepare orders for shipping. They ship using USPS First Class, with shipping time varying by state. Once shipped, a tracking number is emailed.

If the order does not arrive within 10 days, customers are instructed to contact the company.

Small orders (1–5 items) are shipped in unbranded mailer bags, while larger orders are shipped in brown cardboard boxes.
